Quick update & tag!

Helloooo!

Firstly, I'm sorry, I promised a post the weekend just gone but I've been so busy that I'm surprised I'm actually to find time to be able to write this for you!

I've recently ordered some clothes and I am waiting for them to be delivered, but when they do, I'll be straight on here to do some blog posts. I'm also going on a few holidays in a couple of weeks, so I'll be able to do some holiday stuff for you guys :)

I'm quickly going to do this fashion tag and then hopefully some proper posts for you...

What's your favourite fashion accessory?

I think it would be either shoes, a bunch of bracelets or a good old statement necklace because all of these can simply and easily turn a day outfit into a night outfit.

Who's your fashion role model?

Because I'm still a teeneger I'm influenced alot by people that are the same age or are not much older so I look up to people such as Little Mix, Demi Lovato, Becky G and also Cara Delevingne! These all have such unique styles and I love what they choose to wear! 

Little Mix are so effortlessly cute and their style is amazing and unique! And I also love their clothes that they wear to more formal events like a red carpet...

 I don't admire Demi Lovato ust because of her style, what she's been through and coped with is amazing and her strength is incredible!

Aaah Becky G! She isn't as well known as the others but her fashion sense is literally one of the best. She wears what she wants and creates her own trends, what outfits she creates are amazing and she's also literally the same age as me too!

Cara Delevingne! I would describe her style as 'fresh' and I think it represents her personality a lot too and she's gorgeous!<3

What do you always carry with you?

My phone, some money, a lip balm of some kind, a mini mascara and some face powder to keep my makeup looking okay during the day. 

How would you describe your style?

I would describe my style as my own - and that probably makes no sense at all - but I like to keep up to date with trends but then make them my own, so yeah..

What's your favourite?  Jeans, sunglasses or heels?

I'm not really a sunglasses type of person, but I believe jeans are a must have and every girl needs a few pairs of heels in their wardrobe. 

What inspired you to blog about fashion?

Recently, I have started to think that I have created my own style, something that I feel comfortable wearing, suits me and is personal to me. So when I soon started to realise that I was gaining my own sense of style, I decided that I would try and share it with other people. A few people at my school had a blog already and I had a bit of spare time on my hands (although this week, that doesn't seem to have been the case!) so I thought 'hey ho' I'll do something constructive and here I am!

What is your favourite fashion store?

I like to and try to shop at various places, so that I have a range of different brands, styles, etc in my wardrobe, but recently I have been loving online shopping, probably because I'm lazy, and very.co.uk has some really nice stuff and earlier this week I ordered a few items from there. 

What is your favourite fabric in clothing?

Anything that feels comfortable and looks nice!

Who are your favourite designers?

I personally don't have a favourite designer because I think every season, each designer brings out pieces that I like and pieces that I don't, so it differs all the time. 

Who or what inspires your style?

Celebrities influence my style a lot and I take pieces from different people and try to mix it with pieces that others are wearing, but I also like items of clothing from different decades, like the 90's and 80's and try to incorporate that with modern clothing.

Would you choose to buy something high quality or make it yourself if you could?

If I could make clothes myself then I definitely would! Unfortunately I can't though, but it would be fun if I could, because it would be so unique and personal to you. I like high quality too! Obviously the perfect clothes for me would be high quality clothes made by myself!

My favourite bloggers/YouTubers!

Hey guys!

Just a quick post for you today, I've got a bigger post planned for later this week, maybe at the weekend so I thought I'd post a few random things here and there, when I have the time!

Okay, these are a couple of my favourite bloggers and YouTubers!:

Zoella - Blogger and YouTuber! - This girl is amazing! She always says she's not very confident, but she is honestly one of  my idols. She's gorgeous and I absolutely love her vlogs as well as her main channel videos and her blog posts.







Sprinkleofglitter - Blogger and YouTuber! - Aahh! She has me in fits of laughter whether it's reading her blog or watching her videos on YouTube. She has such a bubbly and loveable personality and yeah I love her! She also happens to be best friends with Zoella and when they do videos together, oh lord, it's funny!

macbarbie07 - YouTuber! - A far as I know (and trust me I've done my research!) she doesn't have a blog :( Anyway I think, Bethany - macbarbie07 - is so fun and outgoing and because she's the same sort of age as me, I think I can relate to her really well. Her vlogs are absolutely hilarious and I'm so jealous of her, she's gorgeous and she lives in sunny California!







These three girls are my inspiration and idols and they are what I want to be like when I'm older.They're truly great people and if you haven't already, you need to check them out!

Wishlist #1: Forever 21

Heeey! 

This is my first wishlist on this blog and on my wishlists I'm going to choose one shop and pick some things from there that I wish I owned! Today, I chose to do a wishlist from Forever 21 because, I've never been there or bought anything from there but I have recently been watching a few of macbarbie07's hauls on youtube and she often buys stuff from there and I really like the clothes they have and think they're so cute:)

Here we go!...

1. High-Low Denim Shirt Dress - £16.75  

I love this dress! I think it's so unique, I haven't seen anything like it anywhere else and the high-low hemline is really in fashion right now. It's really cute and casual yet with some accessories, I think it can be made more formal and be worn out to dinner or something like that. It's really summery and perfect for the upcoming months!

2. Tie-Dye Moto Jacket - £32.75

Ahhhh! Tie-dyeeeeeee! I'm in love with tie-dye and have been for a year or two, hence the name of this blog:) This jacket is the definition of perfect! And I think it's very versatile too because it can be worn with shorts in the summer and layered up in the winter. The colours of it are also really good because the dark blue and the white will go with anything really and yeah now I'm really excited!

3. Colorblocked Striped Backpack - £18.75

Okay, this bag is so cute! It can add a bit of colour and originality to your outfit and I think it's also ideal for school as a fashionable school bag! The colours go so well together and they sort of remind me of a sunset and I'm not sure why or how?! but anyway... 

4. Bejeweled Cutout Pullover - £16.75

The reason I like this so much is because it's just a normal jumper/sweatshirt that has been 'vamped up' and made more stylish! With the cutout shoulders and the added jewels around the cutouts it adds a bit of glam and it's great for a casual day and I think it would look perfect with some skinny jeans and boots for a shopping trip or if you're having lunch out with your friends!

5. Floral Lace Contrast Top - £16.75

This top is amazing, haha:) I love the way the lace and the black material work so well together and if you look really closely, the lace is also a floral design. This is quite formal and would be great for a party or a night out with the girls, but if you pair it with the right things, it could be dressed down and be worn during the day. It would also be great for work, if you work somewhere where you're allowed to wear your own clothes because it looks very professional but fun and young at the same time!

6. Bird Print High-Waisted Shorts - £16.75

Shorts a must for any girls' wardrobe! These shorts are the most adorable thing ever, they're so cute! What I love about pieces of clothing that have cute prints on them is that you can add a bit of edge with wearing a studded top or some military boots and wear them different ways. This year I'm trying to travel a bit more and visit a few festivals so these would be perfect to wear to a festival or a party because they're so effortlessly adorable!

7. Cutout M-Slit Maxi Dress - £18.75

Maxi skirts and dresses are, currently, a major trend and because I have really long legs, to me they're really flattering and even if you don't have long legs, I think they make your legs look longer. I personally really like these styles of dresses and skirts because it's an easy way to create a 'bohemian' feel and I'm really into that look at the moment and also the slit allows you to show off a bit of leg, which is only fair every once in awhile!

Okay, so that's my wishlist done for today! As you can tell, it was all clothes because although I did have a look through the beauty and accessories, nothing really caught my eye, so sorry about that, but in my next wishlist I will hopefully have a bit more from the accessories and beauty!

'Get to know me' TAG :)

Hello!!

Okay so I thought before rushing into all sorts of blogs I would give you a chance to get to know me a bit more and I've seen a few of the tags on other people's blogs, so here I am doing one. I didn't get tagged in it :( but hey ho! Here we go...

Questions: 

1. Are you named after anyone? 

Right my name isn't actually 'tiedyedbarbiee' (because that's not obvious-.-) haha, my real name is Danielle and no, my parents didn't name me after anyone, at first they both wanted to call me something completely different and they couldn't agree so I didn't have a name for a little while! but in the end they decided on Danielle, I don't know why:) 

2. When was the last time you cried? 

I don't cry too often but... don't judge me... I think the last time I cried was actually watching 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' because it's just so sad and the families are so grateful when they come home and have a completely new house that can attend to their different needs and the fact that the families that they build the houses for, do so much for others, it just gets to me:'( ... So if you haven't watched that show before, check it out!

3. Do you have kids? 

No I don't, haha I'm still a teenager!

4. If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself? 

I guess so, but if I were another person, the person I would be's personality might not get along with myself, if you get what I mean?

5. Do you use sarcasm a lot? 

Hell yeah! Probably too much actually... 

6. Will you ever bungee-jump? 

I don't think I would ever wake up and be like 'Hey I wanna bungee jump' but if it was for a charity or something that was really close to my heart I would probably do it with a few friends. 

7. What's your favorite cereal? 

Chocolate pillows, you can only get them from Aldi I think, but when it comes to cereal, I'm really, really fussy!

8. What's the first thing you notice about people? 

Eyes, because I personally think they tell a lot about people and especially if they give you eye contact or not when you're talking to them. 

9. What is your eye colour? 

Dark green :)

10. Scary movie or happy endings? 

I like scary movies with a happy ending, if that counts?

11. Favorite smells? 

This is going to sound really weird, but shoes and clothes shops, or just new clothes. 

12. Summer or winter? 

Summer! Living in the UK, you kind of live in the winter for about 9 months each year, so when summer eventually comes, you cherish it!

13. Computer or television? 

Computer. I don't watch TV unless it's the weekend, Keeping up with the Kardashians is on or I'm off school, ill. Normally if I do have the TV on it's because I'm on my laptop, alone and I don't like the silence so I have it on in the background. 

14. What's the furthest you've ever been from home? 

I've actually been travelling a lot, because I have family living all over the world, but I think the furthest would be India. 

15. Do you have any special talents? 

I'm still trying to find them! But I've done a few things over the years but I wouldn't claim them as my 'special talents'. 

16. What are your hobbies? 

My hobbies change a lot! For a while I was into dance, then football, then boxing and many more, I need to pick a hobby and stick to it!

17. Do you have any pets? 

Yes, I have 2 dogs, called Mickey and Bob, 1 rat, called Bounty, a horse called Katy and 5 fish, but I can' t remember what we called them and we did also have 2 cats, called Jack and Jill, but they recently passed away:( 

18. Favorite movie? 

I have quite a few:

• Cheaper by the Dozen
• A Cinderella Story
• Mamma Mia!
• 16 Wishes (I know it's disney, but I LOVE it)
• Bridesmaids
• And there was this other film, I watched with my nan and grandad, about a trainee train driver and a runaway train and the trainee ends up saving the day and yeah, it was a film I didn't think I would enjoy much but I really liked it but I can't remember what it was called, so if you know what it's called please let me know!

19. What do you want to be when you grow up? 

I want to own my own business, I'm not really sure what that business is yet but yeah I would really love to have my own shop or something! :)

Introduction!
